Appointment, Cancellations and Refund Policy 

*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*

APPOINTMENT PAYMENT: All single session appointments require a 50% deposit.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Your treatments are designed and reserved personally for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling polices. We require a minimum of 24 hours Cancellation Notification. Cancellation after the required 24 hour notice will incur the charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. You may reschedule 1 time after cancellation if cancellation is within 24 hours. After that a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. All deposits paid are applied to your appointment.

 

NO CALL/NO SHOW: No shows will incur the loss of the full deposit. A new deposit in addition to a $25 fee will be required to reschedule. If the session/appointment is part of a package, that session will be forfeited. We will no longer provide service without full payment in advance for more than 1 No Call/No Show.

 

LATE ARRIVALS: All services are scheduled for a specific amount of time to obtain optimal results within our power. Understandably, being late sometimes is outside of your control, however they will affect the length and nature of your service. It is your sole decision to proceed with the appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to ensure full treatment. You are allowed 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time only with notification of late arrival within the first 15 minutes. After 15minutes an additional $25 fee will be charged.

 

EARLY ARRIVALS: Please Do Not arrive more than 15 Minutes early for your appointment, due to spacing and Covid-19 precautions. However, we appreciate and thank you in advance for arriving on time.

 

REFUNDS: “Ja’nai Mychell” has a strict No Refund Policy for any services and consultations. Any refund given will be at the sole discretion of the Owners only.

 

PACKAGES: All Packages are Paid-In-Full (Pre-Paid) upon purchase and are Valid up to 12 months. Any sessions not utilized within a 12-month period will be forfeited. Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable because of "change of mind". Paid-In-Full packages needing to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours have 30 days to complete your 1st appointment. Packages cannot be Altered or Split between clients. 

 

DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS:

• Discounts/Promotions Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Discounts/Promotions apply Only to Full-Priced treatments.

• Discounts/Promotions are Not Refundable or Transferable between clients.

• Discounts/Promotions apply to Purchases made during promotion period.

• Discounts/Promotions are for a Limited time and are subject to availability.

  “Ja’nai Mychell” may end a Discount or Promotional offer without prior notice.

 

REFUSAL OF TREATMENT:  “Ja’nai Mychell” Owners and Specialists reserve the right to refuse treatment of any client in circumstances where the specialist deems the treatment to be unsuitable, unsafe or the client presents under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Your safety is our #1 Priority.

NO SERVICES DURING MENSTRUATION, SPOTTING OR PREGNANCY. Please book accordingly and reschedule according to policy. If menstruation occurs during service, service will be terminated immediately without refund.

CONSENT: All clients are required to complete a Consent Form prior to first appointment. Any and all changes to your health and medical history must be reported to our staff and documented prior to any appointment. It is the client’s sole duty/responsibility to disclose all medical issues to “Ja’nai Mychell” as “Ja’nai Mychell” cannot be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues. 

 

POST-OP SERVICES

 

INITIAL CONSULTATION In-Person, FaceTime or Zoom is required prior to booking your first post-op session. This will allow us together to determine which services will better serve in achieving your goals, answer questions and address any concerns

.

POST-OP MASSAGES 1ST APPOINTMENT, for your health and safety will require clearance from your doctor/surgeon.

 

CONSULTATION FEE - $45 will be applied towards your services if you book within 48-hours after consultation.

 

PRIOR POST-OP SERVICES: We do not work over other practitioner’s work within 2 weeks of their service at the practitioner’s discretion.

 

NUMBER/VARIETY OF TREATMENTS for optimal results will depend greatly upon several factors including surgery received, body type, age, diet, hydration, health and fitness habits, garments, consistency and other factors.

 

RESULTS: Some treatments may take up to 6-12 weeks to show optimal results varying from client to client. Please have Realistic Expectations of results which will be discussed during consultation. If you are dissatisfied with your results or experience an adverse reaction please notify us within 24 hours. You agree to provide any information, including photographs requested in a timely manner that we can assess and address your issues. Failure to do so will impact our ability to assist you speedily.

 

COVID POLICY:  Please be advised, the health and safety of clients and staff is our #1 priority. To main this, masks are required in this facility. If you feel sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to a known person with Covid-19 or any of its variants you agree to reschedule your appointment after 14 days or longer. We reserve to right to cancel any appointment if a client shows any signs of illness. Thank you for your cooperation.
